| Abstract: | The office of Guangdong provincial higher education implements the One - Five - One Project dur ing the tenth five - year development. The TV Edit Subject Learning Website is one of the first established One -Five - One projects. This paper introduces the background of the project, expatiates on the basic theory and design strategies of the projects development, and gives particular introduction of subject design and frame design of the TV Edit Subject Learning Website in the end. |
