关于学术评价的思考

学术评价问题一直倍受关注。但是到目前为止，我国还没有建立起一个科学的学术评价体系，现在仍采用量化标准为主要评价依据的评价指标体系，在实践操作中一些非学术因素往往被纳入到了学术评价之中。这种评价方法基本上背离了学术评价的目的，影响了我国优秀学术成果的涌现和科学研究成果的价值性。学术评价必须回归到学术本身，学术评价权和评价对象都应回归到学术。

Reflections on Academic Evaluation

The problem on the academic evaluation has been drawing extensive attention,but a scientific academic evaluation system hasn't been established in China even by now.The present academic evaluation is based on the quantitative standard,and some non-academic factors are taken into consideration in academic evaluation practice.Not only does this evaluation method deviate from the true purpose of the academic evaluation,but greatly influences the emergence of the excellent academic achievements and the value of the scientific research findings.The academic evaluation must come back to the academics itself——both academic evaluation right and its objects should return to the academics itself.
