| 摘 要： | 从1985到1999年,洛阳市科技进步对工业发展贡献率已达38.7%,成效显著.但是与发达国家、地区相比,差距依然存在.以此为切入点,研究分析了我市目前存在的问题,并有针对性:也提出了切实可行的若干建议. |

| Abstract: | From 1985 to 1999, the scientific and technological progress had already been up to 38.7% to the contribution rate ot industrial development, which had hed notable effect. But compared with other developed countriesand regions, disparity still exists. Regarding this as the cutting point, it researches and analyse the questions that exists in my city at present, and it has put forward several feasible suggestions pointedly. |
