“新公共管理”视角下的高校体育教师聘任制

本文通过文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法,以＂新公共管理＂为基础,提出了自己见解。首先,根据体育教师业务能力为主线,科学设岗—教学岗、科研岗,实现教师资源的合理配置;其次,打破＂计分式＂量化,量化时要对教师的研究水平、研究难度、研究规模和研究成果产生社会效益进行量化;最后,规范考核程序,实行绩效管理,科学构建、定量考核指标体系等。
