| 摘 要： | 院系教学档案在教学评估、服务教学和科研、促进教学管理等方面都有着不可估量的作用。针对院系级教学档案管理比较薄弱的状况，提出如下建议：严格执行教学档案管理制度是保障，规范教学档案管理是关键，建立奖励及考核制度是手段，开发利用教学档案是目的。

| Abstract: | The teaching files have an immeasurable effect on teaching evaluation,teaching,researching and strengthening teaching management.As the management of teaching files is not in good order,the paper puts forward the following suggestions:strictly implementing the teaching file management system;regulating the teaching file management;establishing the award and evaluation system;developing and utilizing the teaching files. |
