摘    要:本研究通过文献梳理、访谈专家学者等研究方法对社会体育指导员的培养模式进行深入考察。从界定社会体育指导员的定义及分析其作用出发,总结和梳理了社会体育指导员的发展趋势及其相关政策演变,对社会体育指导员培养模式的形成过程以及发展中所取得的成效进行了回顾,探析了目前的培养模式中依然存在的问题,发现还存在着行政管理的色彩较为浓厚,与职业化和市场化的本质背离,培养体制还尚未完全理顺,培养机制存在明显滞阻,人才培养滞后于市场需求,营利性体育组织处于缺位现象等问题。

Abstract:Through research methods such as literature and interview,this study makes an in-depth investigation on the training mode of social sports instructors.Starting from the definition and functions of social sports instructors,this study summarizes the development trend of social sports instructors and the evolution of related policies,reviews the formation process and achievements of the training mode,and analyzes the problems existed.The following problems are found:a sense of administrative management is relatively strong,which deviates from the essence of professionalization and marketization;the training system has not been completely straightened out,and there is obvious stagnation in the training mechanism;talent training lags behind the market demand,and profit-making sports organizations are in vacancy.
