| 老年人阑尾炎的诊治 | |

| 摘 要： | 为了探讨老年病人患阑尾炎的解剖生理基础，以便为临床诊治提供基础资料，55例均采自1980年至1999年仙居人民医院的住院病人，病人按照年龄分组，分析其主要临床表现和实验室检查结果，以及出现这些结果的解剖生理学基础，结果提示，老年人阑尾炎的诊治原则应强调早期诊断，早期治疗并严密监护，防止各种并发症的发生，以提高治愈率。 |

| Abstract: | In order to discuss the anatomical and physiological bases of appendicitis in the elderly, 55 appendicitis cases were divided into different age groups to investigate the main clinical features ,laboratory findings and their physiological bases. The result showed that early diagnosis and treatment with intensive care were essential to the better recovery ,lower complications and higher cure rate. |
