| Abstract: | Technical cooperation can optimizing the existing science and technology resources, reducing the difference in technical innovation, promoting competition, the transfering of the technology achievement and the development of high-technology industry. Through technical cooperation, new idea, knowledge and experience can be exchanged, collective and personal innovation abilities can be accelerated, and the science and technology strength can be reinforced. All these will provide helpful preparation for the innovation ability of technology and products. |
