“90后”大学生的思想政治教育工作探析

摘    要:自2008年,"90后"大学生已逐渐成为大学校园的学生主体,他们的成长背景与环境的不同造成了其身上独特的特征,这给高校的思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战。提高"90后"大学生思想政治教育工作的有效性,应从"90后"大学生的成长环境出发,以"90后"大学生的特点为切入点,在强调加强学校思想政治教育有效性的同时,辅之以社会教育和家庭教育,从多重教育主体角度入手,多管齐下,共同努力,形成新质教育合力,致力于培养"90后"大学生良好的思想品德和健全人格。

Ideological and Political Educations of "After 90" University Students
Abstract:Since 2008,"after 90" university students has gradually become the main campus of the university students,their growth background and environment caused by the different its body a unique feature,the University Ideological and political education has brought new challenges.Improve"after 90" university student thought political education work effective,should be the "after 90" university students’ growth environment,"after 90" characteristics of university students as the breakthrough point,in the emphasis on strengthening the effectiveness of Ideological and political education of the school at the same time,complemented by social education and family education,the subject of education from multiple angles,multibarrel is neat under the joint efforts,the formation of new,quality education,committed to the cultivation of "after 90" university students good moral character and personality.
