摘    要:背越式跳高是目前最流行的跳高姿势。但是,由于其放脚和起跳时给运动员踝部带来的负荷要比其他几种姿势大得多,运动损伤给系统训练带来的困难是众所周知的。因而,在背越式跳高训练中如何预防踝部损伤,运动损伤后的恢复训练,已成为很有必要研究的课题。在多年的训练中,根据个人的经验设计了一组练习应用于训练,取得了积极的效果。

Prevention of Ankle injury in Fosbury Flop Jumpers and Approach to Recovery Training after Injury
Abstract:Nowadays the most popular style of high jump is Fosbury flop. However,due to the fact thatthis style of high jump carries much greater loads to the jumper's ankles than any other styles during taking off and putting down the foot,it is well known that sports injuries bring difficulties to systematic training. Therefore,how to prevent ankle injury and to conduct recovery training after injury in Fosbury floptraining have become a question for study. According to personal experiences in many years of working,theauthors of this paper have designed a set of exercises to apply in training, and effective results wereachieved.
