| 摘 要： | 西部地区农业科技成果转化率低于全国平均水平，其主要原因仍是资金、人才的缺乏和转化途径不健全。西部大开发为加速农业科技成果转化提供了广阔的市场。在西部大开发的大环境下，就成果转化问题提出了相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | The translation rate of western agricultural S&T achievements is lower than national average level. The main reason lies on the lack of capital and capable person,and unfit channel of translation. The Western Great Development has opened a broad market for the translation of agricultural S&T achievements. It puts out the solutions for the problems in the translation of S&T achievements under the condition of Western Great Development. |
