陕西省优秀田赛运动员年龄特征的实证分析

本研究在查阅大量文献资料、广泛征求专家意见和专家调查的基础上,结合田径运动项目的特点,筛选出竞技年龄中男、女运动员开始训练的年龄、出成绩的年龄、不同训练阶段的训练年限、最佳竞技能力形成阶段年龄、最佳竞技能力稳定和保持阶段年龄以及各时期竞技能力,揭示了田径运动员的成才年龄特征和竞技能力结构,试图通过对他们的年龄分布范围进行分析为我省田径运动员的选材、训练、优秀运动员竞技状态的保持和各级队伍的人才梯队建设等方面提供参考。
