摘    要:社区是社会构成的基本单位,也是实践终身教育,终身学习的切入点和最好中介,作为未来社区教育的基本形态,学习化社区的构建显得尤为必要,具体对策是:(一)观念层面:更新思想,形成终身学习理念;(二)制度层面:依法治教,提供相关制度保障;(三)实践层面,立足现实,构建终身学习化社区。

Abstract:Community is the basic unit for society,at the same time,it is a cut-in point as well as the best intermedium for exercising the thoughts of life-long education and life long learning.As a primary form of the future community education. It is urgent to creat learning community.Concrete countermeasures are as follows.First,the life-long learning calls for fresh ideologies.Second,the operation of education should be conducted according to law.Relative regulations should be made to supply the indispensable guarantee system.Third,the life-long learning community should be established down to the reality.
