| 摘 要： | 在对天生全球化企业及其对区域战略性新兴产业发展意义进行论述的基础上,提出了区域战略性新兴产业发展的“国际化创业+集群式发展”模式,认为区域首先通过构建跨区域全球网络实现战略性新兴产业先进知识等异质性资源的引入,然后在国际化经营中有效地实现嵌入到全球价值链之中,成为或者接近战略性新兴产业技术高位的全球价值链中的主导企业,在此基础上逐渐形成战略性新兴产业区域价值链,推进区域新兴产业集群的发育与成长,实现区域战略性新兴产业发展从全球向区域的扩展.

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion of the relationship between the international new ventures and the local emerging industry of strategic importance,this paper puts forward the"International entrepreneurship & cluster" developing path for local emerging industry of strategic importance.It suggests that by forming multinational hybrid network,sophisticated knowledge and other resources of emerging industry of strategic importance are lead into region.And then inserting global value chain effectively in the process of international operation,region can become or close to the key performer of global value chain for strategic emerging industry.In order to achieve region strategic emerging industry development,region value chain of emerging industry of strategic importance and region emerging industry cluster should be promoted. |
