摘 要: | 德国不来梅州是最早创办和发展学前全纳教育的城市之一,目前已经从理论到实践形成了一个完整的学前全纳教育体系。本文简要介绍了不来梅州学前全纳教育的相关理念和实践问题。

Abstract: | In Germany, the state of Bremen is one of the earliest cities to establish and develop inclusive education. By now an integral system of inclusive preschool education from theory to practice has been set up there. In this paper a brief introduction of inclusive preschool education in Bremen is provided including the concept, theory, policy, service model, assessment, and the curriculum etc.. |
