| 摘 要： | 对照我国关于中外合作办学的政策目标,统计分析表明,目前中外合作办学中存在着国家政策滞后,中外双方办学目标脱节,办学地域分布失衡,学科专业领域错位和办学层次总体偏低等问题。国家必须制定具体的相关政策,积极引导中外合作办学持续健康发展。

| Abstract: | According to Chinese policy targets of sino-foreign joint school operation,the statistic analysis indicates many problems exist.The targets between parties of joint school operation are disjoined.Area distribution of school operation is unbalanced.Subjects and majors are arranged wrongly.The whole arrangement is on the low side.The state should establish the specific policies and lead the school operation to a contiuous and healthy path. |
