| 摘 要： | 我国职业教育实行弹性学制起步较晚 ,天津市从 2 0 0 0年开始试点。弹性学制的实行可促进职业教育的改革与发展 ,使其更加适应市场经济对多种人才的需求。实行弹性学制应当对职业教育的教学管理、教学课程体系、招生就业制度等进行一系列的改革 ,要建立科学的教学评价体系 ,成本核算体系和教学保证体系

| Abstract: | It is rather late for our country to implementing the elastic system in the professional education. It was only implemented in 2000 in some colleges of Tianjin. To employ the elastic system can strengthen the development of vocational education and make it meet the needs of the market economical requirement for all kinks of talents. We ought to reform outdated teaching administration, curriculum design, enrolment and employment systems and so on to implement elastic system, setting up a scientific teaching evaluating, a cost accounting and a teaching pledging system. |
