| Abstract: | Establishing the regional innovation system is the basic assurance of improving independent innovation abil- ity,speeding up the scientific and technical innovation as well as making breakthrough development.The local gov- ernment will play an important role in establishing the regional innovation system.The paper analyzed the position and function of local government in establishing the regional innovation system emphatically and has put forward some sug- gestions for government on how to display it's function. |
