| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员担负着大学生思想政治教育的主要任务,是大学生思想问题的解惑者.高校应当高度重视辅导员的绩效考核,进一步优化高校辅导员队伍,但是高校辅导员的绩效考核还存缺点和不足,亟待寻找解决的途径和办法,以提高辅导员自身素质,对促进社会稳定和校园和谐,具有十分重要的意义.

| Abstract: | College counselors undertake the main tasks of the ideological and political education, are the ideological problem solver to university students. Therefore, colleges and universities should attach great importance to performance appraisal of counselors, thus further optimize the college counselors＇ team. However, counselors＇ performance appraisal al- so has the shortcomings and insufficiency, and needs to be looked for solutions and measures in order to improve their own quality, which has the vital significance to promote social stability and harmonious campus. |
