运动、肌肉与血浆瘦素水平关系的研究进展

瘦素(Leptin)--由白色脂肪组织分泌的激素,是机体长时间能量贮存的信号.大多数的肥胖者拥有太多的Leptin并伴有Leptin抵抗.血浆Leptin水平随体脂肪量的增加而增高.甘油三酯导致Leptin抵抗.研究体力活动如何降低血浆Leptin水平成为研究者越来越感兴趣的话题.在体脂肪不减少的情况下,一次急性或中等强度的运动不能改变血浆Leptin的水平,但不能排除运动后Leptin产生改变的可能.它与体力活动本身或能量负平衡有关,也与调控运动后的饮食摄入有关.Leptin和运动刺激了肌肉中蛋白激酶(AMPK)的活化,增加了AMPK的含量,提高了胰岛素(Insulin)的敏感性,加强了肌细胞对葡萄糖的摄入.通过增加Leptin外周作用可以促使其更多地进入下丘脑从而更多地发挥其调节体重的功能.

Progress in Research on the Relationship among Exercise, Muscle and Plasma Leptin Level

Leptin is a hormone produced in white adipose tissue,and a signal that body stores energy for long time.Most of obese individuals possess lots of leptin and leptin resistance.Leptin levels become increasing due to the increasing of body fat mass,so we suggest triglycerides due to leptin resistance.Decreasing plasma leptin levels make the physical activity more and more interesting project.A acute and secondary intensity exercise can't change plasma leptin levels,in the case body fat don't decrease,but can't exclude the possibility the leptin become changing after the exercise.Leptin is associated with physical activity itself or energy balance,and involves of the administration of intake diet after exercise.Leptin and exercise stimulate AMP-Activated Protein Kinase(AMPK) activated,increase the amount of AMPK in muscle cells,help lower insulin resistance,and enhance intaking of sugar(gluxose) by muscle.Increase the peripheral function of leptin,so more and more leptin enter into hypothalamus and administrate the body mass.
