| 摘 要： | 采用人体重心测量仪对体操运动员和普通学生进行平衡能力的测试与评价，结果显示。无视觉单足测试条件下统计值(D、MS、OS)体操组与普通组之间出现显著性差异；有视觉条件下，两组的D值无显著性差异，但MS以及OS值体操组小于学生组；MS与训练年限负相关呈高度显著性。主要结论：体操训练对决定静态平衡能力的主要因素产生良好影响；训练年限的长短与重心移动矩形面积的大小负相关呈显著性；适合于体操运动员静态平衡能力测试的指标为无视觉单足站立测试指标。

| Abstract: | This paper makes test and evaluation on balance ability for gymnasts and ordinary students through using Gravicorder.The result shows that the value of D,MS and OS has significant difference between gymnasts and ordinary students with single stand with eye closed.D Value has no significant difference between two groups with eye opened,but the values of MS and OS are lower in gymnast than ordinary students.Gymnastics training has good influence on main determining factors of static balance ability.The negative correlation coefficient is high between MS and training years.The effective indexes of static balance ability of gymnasts are single stand with eye closed. |
