| 摘 要： | 非正规金融活动是一个近年来在我国广大城乡地区十分活跃的金融现象,该现象引起了学术界的广泛关注,本文就近几年理论界有关非正规金融的理论界定、非正规金融的形成机制、非正规金融利率及其定价机制、非正规金融的评价、非正规金融的政策取向等问题的讨论进行了较系统的阐述,并对我国非正规金融的组织形式进行了归纳。

| Abstract: | Recently, informal financial activities have been found booming in both urban and rural areas in China. This phenomenon has attracted the attention of many scholars. This paper attempts to offer a systematic review of the literature on issues such as definition of informal finance, formation mechanism of informal finance, interest rates of informal finance and its pricing mechanism, evaluation on informal finance, policy making concerning informal finance and so on. Organizations of informal finance in China are also discussed. |
