控制理论视阈下提高大学生思政教育水平探索

当代大学生思政教育工作的质量关乎学生的综合素质,也关乎高校的教育质量,更关乎中华民族的未来。新时期下的思政教育难度增加,为响应国家“三全育人”的号召,本着“育人为本、德育为先”的教育理念,深度贯彻落实“立德树人”精神,通过课程思政将控制理论思想与思政教育理论结合,借鉴负反馈、串级控制、前馈控制、耦合作用等控制理念指导思政教育工作,切实提高思政教育效果。

Exploration on Improving College Students'Ideological and Political Education from Perspective of Control Theory

The quality of ideological and political education of contemporary college students is related to the comprehensive quality of students,to the education quality of the colleges and universities,and to the future of the Chinese nation.The difficulty of ideological and political education has increased in the new era.In response to the call of"three holistic education",this paper thoroughly follows out the spirit of"building morality and cultivating talents"based on the educational concept of"education oriented,moral education first".Combining the Control Theory with ideological and political educational theories through curriculum ideology and politics,this study draws on principles of negative feedback,cascade control,feedforward control,and coupling effect to guide ideological and political education,so as to feasibly heighten the education effect.
