急性运动对大鼠骨骼肌线粒体Ca2+-ATP酶和H+-ATP酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用不同强度的跑台运动,观察大鼠运动后即刻骨骼肌线粒体Ca2+-ATP酶和H+-ATP酶活性的变化.结果发现:与对照组相比,股四头肌和腓肠肌线粒体Ca2+-ATP酶活性大强度运动后略有变化;中等强度运动后显著下降,分别下降了60.60%和57.53%(P<0.01).股四头肌和腓肠肌线粒体H+-ATP酶活性运动后非常明显地增加,大强度分别增加了39.83%和48.08%(P<0.01);中等强度运动后,股四头肌H+-ATP酶活性增加了35.97%(P<0.01).结果表明线粒体Ca2+-ATP酶活性下降可能是造成中等强度长时间运动后骨骼肌疲劳的原因之一.运动后即刻骨骼肌线粒体H+-ATP酶活性非常明显地增加,但这并不能肯定运动后H+-ATP酶合成ATP的能力一定增强.

Abstract:The changes of mitochondria Ca 2+ ATPase and H + ATPase activities of skeletal muscles were observed in rats after running on the treadmill in different intensities. It was found that in comparison with the control group, Ca 2+ ATP ase activities of quadriceps and gastrocnemius significantly decreased by 60.60% and 57.53% ( P <0.01), respectively, after middle intensity exercise, whereas they varied slightly after high intensity exercise. Therefore, it is suggested that the decrease in activity of mitochondria Ca 2+ ATPase may be one of the causes of fatigue. Compared with the control group, there was a significant increase of H + ATPase activity in quadriceps and gastrocnemius after exercise. But it is not certain that the increase of mitochondria H + ATPase activity would raise the ATP production.
