我国体育产业政策缺效原因分析

通过理论与实践的视角分析，我国体育产业政策客观上存在缺效现象。产业政策的不合理性、多种利益博弈、政府的管理能力和水平、二元经济结构和消费观念等是造成体育产业政策缺效的主要原因，但产业政策的缺效不能等同于产业政策无效。在社会主义市场经济的初级阶段，我国体育产业要在较短时间内实现规模化发展和社会化提升，需要充分发挥政府政策的导向作用，创新体育产品供给模式，提高政府的管理水平和创新能力。同时在政策的制定和实施过程中强化和推广具有正面导向作用的产业政策，调整和终止带有负面导向作用的产业政策。通过反馈与评价提高体育产业政策的有效性。
