| 摘 要： | 将企业资源论运用在制造领域之中,认为在制造领域企业的竞争优势来源于企业构建的制造能力.而企业在制造过程中开展的以信息交流为核心的内部学习,以及与供应商、客户之间的外部沟通,是影响企业构建其特有的制造能力的影响因素,据此给出基于企业资源论的组织学习和制造能力假设模型.利用IMSS数据库,运用统计软件Amos对模型进行拟合,揭示了内、外部学习因素与制造能力对企业制造绩效的提高方式和路径.
