摘    要:建立三种强度长期训练模型。通过对线粒体体视学指标和心肌肌球蛋白ATP酶海性的测定,研究不同训练负荷下长期训练对心肌收缩性能的影响。结果表明不同强度长期训练对心肌肌球蛋白ATP酶海性和线粒体的影响不同。长期耐力训练后心肌肌球蛋白和ATP酶海性和线粒体的适应性反应不一致。可能具有不同的生理学意义。长期高强度间歇训练后心肌肌球蛋白ATP酶活性和线粒体的适应性反应相似。可能具有相同的生理学意义。

Abstract:Having established a pattern of tris-species intensity long-term training, we measured the stereo index of mitochondria and activities of globulin-ATPase and researched influencf of the different workload of long-term training on activities of globulin-ATPase and mitoch ondria are differencd. After long-term endurance training, the accommodate reactions of activ ities of globulin-ATPase and mitochondria were discodant incomsistent, probably have different physiology significance. After high-strength interval training, the accommodate reactions of activities of globulin-ATPase and mitochondria were the same, probably have similar physiology significance.
