| 摘 要： | 通过献资料、比较研究、综合分析等方法，对中外跳远运动员助跑准确性进行比较研究。讨论了助跑准确性盖是我国运动员在国际比赛中难以取得理想成绩的主要因素。同时对我国高水平跳远运动员助跑准确性的训练提出了一点建议，仅供跳远教练员、运动员借鉴。
