| 摘 要： | 企业破产中的违法行为有多种表现形式,但都围绕一个中心即逃避债务,这严重损害了债权人的利益.为维护市场秩序,有必要对这类行为发生的原因作一探究,并提出相应的控制对策,以保证市场经济体系的正常运转. |
