| 摘 要： | 远程开放教育是电大的发展方向，建立与之相适应的教材管理与服务体系是当务之急。教材管理与服务体系的建立要以学生及其学习为中心，实现方便、快捷、经济的全方位服务，保证教学质量。本文阐述了开放教育教材管理与服务项目研究的重要性和取得的成效，并就开放教育教材管理与服务体系提出了初步的设想。

| Abstract: | This article elaborates the importance of the research project of open educational teaching material management & service and its achievements & puts forward some tentative ideas for the system of open educational teaching material management & service.The author holds that open distance education is the orientation of RTVU & establishing a teaching material management & service system suited to this education is a top priority task.This system must be student-oriented,convenient,swift,economical,render all-round services & ensure teaching quality. |
