| Abstract: | Social development and educational reform together bring about a series of changes in pri-mary and secondary principal training and the significant changes in the role of principal trainers.In the initial stage,principal trainers were basic knowledge disseminator and now they are the up-to-date knowledge disseminator,mentor and working passion stimulator. |
