2008年北京奥运会组织管理模式研究

运用文献法与比较归纳法，在对现代奥运会组织管理的基本模式、基本经验和教训研究的基础上构建了2008年北京奥运会组织管理的模式。指出2008年北京奥运会在体制模式上应形成组织管理的举国体制，在机制模式上应选择政府为主、市场为辅的运作机制，在资金管理上应形成铁腕财政与紧缩经济的运作模式，在指导思想模式上应坚持系统科学思想、理论与方法的指导，在效率模式上应加大组织管理的科技含量。

A Study on the Mode Of Organization and Management of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games

By methods of documents study and comparison induction, the paper studies the basic mode and basic experience and lesson of the organization and management of the modern Olympic Games. On the basis of this, the organization and management's mode of 2008 Peking Olympic Games are brought up. Conclusions are: Peking Olympic Games should form the whole country system of organization and management. The operation mode that the government is central and the market is assistant should be chosen. It should insist on the guidance of iron- wrist finance and constrictive economic thought, persist in the theories and methods of the system science. It should increase the percent of science and technology in the organization and management of 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.
