| 摘 要： | 经济法的独特功能,在中国加入世界贸易组织之后将会更好地体现出来,在WTO规则下的更加完善的市场体系中,经济法之功能就在于对社会经济关系进行综合系统调整,对社会经济发展施加直接导向性影响,最有效实现经济效益,最充分体现社会公平。
