“卓越计划”模式下的“校政合作”机制探讨

摘    要:现有"校政合作"模式是在传统产学研、政产学研以及由此派生出来的"校地共建"模式上逐渐形成和发展起来的。教育部"卓越计划"的实施对"校政合作"的广度和深度提出了更高要求。按照"卓越计划"模式的要求,在既定的体制框架内,"校政合作"要在目标机制、动力机制、运行机制、评价机制等四个方面进行机制创新,从而发挥政府在促进高校与行业、企业深度合作中的作用,提高高校优势资源对地方社会经济发展的贡献度。

Abstract:The present model of school-government cooperation has been based on the notion of cobuilding of schools and government. The implement of Excellence Program of Chinese Education Ministry raises new demands for school-government cooperation, which is supposed to innovate its mechanism in terms of its goal, motivation, operation and evaluation.
