| 摘 要： | 现有＂校政合作＂模式是在传统产学研、政产学研以及由此派生出来的＂校地共建＂模式上逐渐形成和发展起来的。教育部＂卓越计划＂的实施对＂校政合作＂的广度和深度提出了更高要求。按照＂卓越计划＂模式的要求,在既定的体制框架内,＂校政合作＂要在目标机制、动力机制、运行机制、评价机制等四个方面进行机制创新,从而发挥政府在促进高校与行业、企业深度合作中的作用,提高高校优势资源对地方社会经济发展的贡献度。

| Abstract: | The present model of school-government cooperation has been based on the notion of cobuilding of schools and government. The implement of Excellence Program of Chinese Education Ministry raises new demands for school-government cooperation, which is supposed to innovate its mechanism in terms of its goal, motivation, operation and evaluation. |
