| 摘 要： | 主办国如何在天时、地利、人和的条件下,最大限度地趋利避害是目前竞技体育备战参赛研究的热点问题.运用文献资料调研、专家访谈、问卷调查法等,对2008年北京奥运会本土参赛的影响因素进行归纳和分析,并在实证的基础上提出本土参赛应遵循公平公正、文明参赛、多元目标、实力为先、低调出征和效益最大化等基本原则.本土参赛对策包括依托、改造、利用和适应环境;构建本土参赛保障体系;强化竞赛管理,积极应对规则,争取裁判支持;加大心理训练力度,缓解本土作战压力;加强运动队的管理,坚决抵制兴奋剂.
