| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济、科技文化的飞速发展，面对２１世纪的挑战，减少体育必修课已成为高校教学改革的必然趋势。建立“减少体育必修课，增大选修比例，强化课外体育”的高校体育教学新体系具有现实意义。
