| 摘 要： | 作为新建本科院校，在迎来机遇的同时，也面临巨大挑战。要实现激烈竞争条件下制定的办学目标，在起步阶段的各项工作就显得尤为重要。其中，建设软环境的校园文化是重中之重。本文从几方面阐述新建本科院校如何建设独具特色的校园精神文化。
