| 摘 要： | 投入不足,非均衡化发展,结构不合理是苏北地区教育发展中的三个顽症。它的形成既有经济发展水平不高的原因,也是教育发展战略选择不当所致。实现教育事业与经济协调发展的目标,对于苏北而言具有特别重要的意义。除了加大投入以外,还必须实施促进区域均衡、优化教育结构的发展战略。

| Abstract: | Insufficient investment,unbalanced development and unreasonable framework are the three chronic and stubborn diseases in the educational development in North Jiangsu.It is resulted not only from the low economic level but also from the inappropriate choices of educational development strategies.It's essential for North Jiangsu to achieve its goal of harmonious development of education and economy.In addition to the increase on investment,better development strategies must be implemented to facilitate the balance of different sections and optimize the educational framework. |
