多元化:幼儿教师科研素质培养的取径

摘    要:科研素质是现代幼儿教师的必备素质。目前的幼儿教师科研素质培养单侧化倾向严重,为了提高培养的实效性,应以多元化作为幼儿教师科研素质培养的新取径。通过树立科学的教育科研观、树立以师为本的发展观、构建有利于幼儿教师多元化发展的机制、搭建幼儿园园本研究的"立交桥"、实施"菜单式"科研培训、对幼儿教师做好职业生涯的教育与引导等多样化的措施来全面提高幼儿教师的科研素养。

Abstract:modern scientific literacy is the necessary quality preschool teachers.Current research of preschool teacher training tendency of unilateral,in order to improve the effectiveness of the training should be diversified preschool teachers' scientific literacy training as a new approach.Through the education scientific research director,set up by the teacher development,constructing for preschool teachers diversified development of mechanism,build the research of"kindergarten crossroad and implement"menu type of preschool teachers' scientific research training,education and completes the career guidance diversification of measures to improve teachers' scientific literacy.
