| 摘 要： | 在全球化和现代化浪潮下，对民族文化消极的封闭式保护并非长久之策。民族文化旅游是时代和市场的需要，科学、合理的旅游开发有助于解决民族文化面临的困境问题，有利于优秀传统文化的传承与发展，但鉴于民族文化本身的易损性和不可再生性特点，以及现代旅游大潮对其之负面影响，民族文化旅游资源必须进行保护性开发。

| Abstract: | Passive and closing protection is not a wisdom tactic in the situation of globalization and modernization. Ethnic cultural tour is the needs of the tour times and the needs of the tourism market. Scientific tourism development is beneficial to solve the predicaments which ethnic culture faces and to promote its progress. Because ethnic culture is weak, it can not be reproduced and toruism industry may do some to it, protective development of ethnic cultural tourist resources must be carried out. |
