| 摘 要： | 篮球课是高校体育教学的主要内容之一。高校体育是终身体育的一个重要的特殊阶段,这个阶段的体育教学对培养大学生终身体育意识、兴趣、能力的形成有很大的影响。所以,如何使学生在有限的学时内,尽快地掌握正确的篮球技、战术及养成体育锻炼的习惯,本文提出了采用科学的教学手段、灵活多样的组织形式、发挥学生的主体性、培养学生对体育的兴趣、促进能力和智力的发展,从而有效地提高篮球教学质量和学生的综合素质。

| Abstract: | Basketball lesson is one of the main contents of college sports teaching.College sports is an important and special stage for life sports.The sports teaching in this stage has great influence on the development of college students' life sports consciousness,interest and ability.So how can the students hold right technology,tactics and habit of sports training in limited learning as quickly as possible.The article suggests that teachers should train college students in scientific ways and flexible tactics,in order to develop their own abilities and interests in sports and promote their intelligence.Therefore,college students can make great progress in sports. |
