QQ虚拟学习社群的社会网络分析

随着网络技术和信息技术的发展,虚拟学习社群已经成为教育技术界和远程教育界研究的热点之一。文章以QQ虚拟学习社群为研究对象,运用社会网络分析方法,借助UCINET软件对社群的网络关系进行分析,探讨了社群网络结构特征、意见领袖地位的形成,以及社群成员参与动机、满意度、忠诚度与网络结构之间的关系,并在此基础上对社群的建设提出了相应的建议,以期促进虚拟学习社群的持续发展。

Social Network Analysis of QQ Virtual Learning Community

With the development of Network Technology and Information Technology, virtual learning communities have become one of the research hotspots in his field of educational technology and distance education. In this paper, QQ virtual learning community is the research object. We focus on the discussions of the structural characteristics of the community network, the status of the formation of opinion leaders, the relationship between network structure and community member＇s motivation, satisfaction, loyalty, though which we can propose the relevant ways by the way of Social Network Analysis Method and UCINET software in order to promote sustainable development of virtual learning communities.
