| 摘 要： | 目前小学教师专业建设最大的困难在于培养方案、课程设置中的专业规格与本科规格的难以平衡。解决这一问题的前提是对本科小学教师专业素质的认识。小学教育专业不是一个现成的专业,小学教师的专业性和专业地位有待小学教育专业建设去开发和完善。以能力构成为依据寻找知识构成的要素是解决小学教育专业课程设计困难的一条可能途径。

| Abstract: | The present difficulty of primary school education lies in the contradiction of nurture pattern, curricula against the undergraduate education. In order to solve the problem, it is necessary to re?recognize the required quality of the primary school teachers. To seek for the knowledge pattern by observation of primary school teachers ability pattern is a possible way to solve the difficulty of curricula construction. |
