论和谐社会中的农村政治文化建构

和谐社会是经济、政治、文化、社会四位一体的系统工程，和谐社会也必然是政治文明，并以先进政治文化为价值取向的社会。当下我国农村的经济发展滞后，基层政府的官僚主义作风盛行，封建政治文化传统的影响，农民群众文化素质偏低，民主意识淡薄等诸多因素阻碍了农村政治文化建构的进程，鉴于此，必须打造雄厚的基层政治文化建设的物质基础，破除基层政权的衙门官僚作风，培育农民政治参与的意识，提高农民政治参与的能力和素质等路径以促进农村政治文化的建构。

A harmonious society is a four-in-one systematic project of economy,politics,culture and society,the harmonious society is necessarily a society of political civilization,with advanced political culture and values.The current China's rural economic development lags behind,the government bureaucracy in rural areas is prevalent,the impact of feudal political and cultural traditions,the low cultural quality of the masses,the weak sense of democracy,and many other factors hinder the process of the rural political and cultural construction,in view of this,we must lay solid material foundation of grass-roots political culture,get rid of the Amun bureaucracy of grassroots political power,cultivate the farmers' sense of political participation,and enhance their capacity and quality of political participation in order to promote political and cultural construction in rural areas.
