摘    要:我国经济技术开发区为加大人力资源开发力度,纷纷加大职业教育办学力度,或创建职教园区,或校企多元合作,或学校、行业联手走职教集团化之路,探索出不同形式的职教发展模式。政府、行业、企业和社会之间的伙伴关系日益成为职业教育的重要资源。开发区职业教育资源聚合是在原有区划教育管理和学校教育管理之间、学校与企业(行业)之间的一种以空间地域范围为界限,以地域内所有职教资源范围内利益主体的相互合作。

Abstract:In order to enlarge the force of human resource development, the economic and technological development region in China all enlarge the school-running force of vocational education, which has explored various vocational education development modes, such as constructing vocational education district, pluralistic cooperation between school and enterprise, forming vocational education group by the alliance between school and industry. The partnership among government, industry, enterprise and society are increasingly becoming important resources for vocational education. The resources aggregation of vocational education is a kind of mutual cooperation among stakeholders in the scope of all vocational education resources in the region demarcated by the interspace zone scope between the original partition of educational management district and school education management district, and school and enterprise.
