| 摘 要： | 为聚焦立德树人根本任务,着力推进精准思政,创新思想政治工作方式方法,推动研究生德育与专业教育融通发展。文章对现有研究生培养体系中思想政治教育传统模式的局限性进行了分析,提出了立德树人根本任务框架下思政教育的新模式“思政融通”思路;通过构建授课内容、形式、团队和管理机制“四维度”结构化“思政融通”实施体系,将思政教育与专业教学相互融合,有效融通。最后,以《药学名家大讲堂》融通实践进行实证分析,验证了“四维度”结构化“思政融通”式思政教育成效,为落实立德树人根本任务,创新新时代思政教育提供借鉴。
