摘    要:本文分析了阅读理解的过程,运用语篇分析理论.分析替代、省略、照应衔接等手段在英语阅读中的应用.并通过对文化背景知识的了解.帮助学生从宏观和微观两方面正确、全面而深刻地理解文章.活跃学生思维.提高学生阅读理解能力。

Abstract:This paper analyses the process of English reading comprehension and tries to explore the application of the discourse analysis approach to the teaching of reading comprehensiorrPart- icular attention is paid to the discussion of cohesive devices and cultural backgrounds in reading in order to achieve a full and deep interpretation of a text from both the macro and micro as- pects and motivate students' thoughts and therefore improve the ability of English reading comprehension.
