摘    要:当前高校教学管理的需要只反映了教学管理主体(学校)的需要,而相对应的客体(学生)的需要并没有得到彰显和反映,在这种单向度需要的支配下,教学管理便在某种程度上异化为满足学校既定需要的一种手段。在教育走向大众化甚至普及化的今天,单向度的教学管理越来越暴露出其痼疾,因此有必要建立一种双向度模式,既树立管理即服务的管理理念,又要重建教学管理者与学生间的沟通桥梁。

Abstract:The current management in institutions of higher learning only reflect the needs of universities whereas the needs of the students are not reflected.In the dominance of the one-way needs,the management of teaching has to some extent become a means to meet the demands of the universities.With the popularization of education today,the shortcomings of one-way management are getting increasingly obvious.Therefore,it is necessary to construct a two-way pattern,establishing the idea of management as services and rebuilding communication channels between administrators and students.
