普通高校大学生校园体育生活现状剖析

为了剖析普通高校大学生的校园体育生活现状，从大学生参加体育与健康课以及参与健身、群体竞赛活动三个角度进行问卷调查，通过统计分析，研究结果表明：我校大学生对目前开设的《体育与健康》课基本认可，态度是积极的，但是有些体育教学目标的实现不理想；学生缺乏健身锻炼的习惯，终身体育意识较差，学校健身场地器材不能满足学生实际需求；参加群体竞赛活动的机会较少，群体活动的组织等存在问题，影响了大学生的校园体育生活质量。

Analysis on Present Situation of Campus Students' Sports Life

In order to analyze the present situation of college students＇ sports life, this paper makes a survey in three aspects： college students＇ participation in sports activities and health course, participation in fitness classes and the participation in groups contest. The statistical analysis indicates that college students give their recognition to the sports and health course, and have a positive attitude to it. But some physical education ob- jectives are unsatisfactory： students are lack of habits of exercise and awareness of lifelong sports, the fitness apparatus can not meet the students＇ needs, the students have little chance to join in group activities, and there is still some problems exiting in the process of organizing the activities. These problems are affecting the quality of our campus students＇ sports life greatly.
