| 摘 要： | 高校学生党员发展工作是党的建设的重要内容,也是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。高校学生党员发展工作在取得成绩的同时,也遇到了高校学生入党动机功利化等困境。要走出困境,高校学生党员发展工作必须高度重视意识归位这个有效出口。
